Report a Calculation Concern

If you believe a scenario figure, stamp duty amount, grant eligibility result or other calculation output is incorrect, please:

1Note the exact figure shown and the inputs you provided (income, property price, state, visa status, etc.)
2Check the government source cited in the tool for the relevant rule
3Email us with the subject line "Calculation concern" including the above details

We treat all calculation concerns seriously and will investigate within 5 business days. If an error is confirmed, we will correct it and notify affected users.

Privacy Complaint

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us at contact@propdecider.com with subject line "Privacy complaint". We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

Formal Complaints Process

All formal complaints are handled as follows:

2Step 2 — We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
3Step 3 — We investigate and provide a written response within 30 days

If you remain dissatisfied after our response, you may escalate to the relevant external body (OAIC for privacy matters, AFCA for financial service complaints).
